Raven Magwood is an author and motivational speaker who is truly a force to be reckoned with. At 20 years old, she has accomplished more than most do in their lifetime. By 11, she was a national gymnastics champion. By 13, she had published her second book. By 15, she was a state titleholder in track-and-field competing nationally. By 16, she had graduated from high school number one in her class with a 5.1 GPA. By 19, she had graduated from Clemson University summa cum laude, simultaneously inspiring thousands of individuals in schools, organizations, and businesses with her moving testimony and captivating personality. Now, she has done it again with her latest release, The 7 Practices of Exceptional Student Athletes, which has already sent shockwaves throughout the nation. When asked about all of her success, Raven humbly replies: “When you’re dedicated to something you love, determined to work hard, and disciplined to plan how you’ll get there, then you can achieve success.”

“This book is very insightful, profound, and applicable to the athlete who is just starting out and to the athlete who has had some success and needs to refocus. I wish EVERY PERSON can get a copy of this book. GREAT JOB, RAVEN.”

“Thank you, Raven, for sharing what the world chooses to hide from us. My opinion is that schoolteachers need to get paid more than us athletes, so once we retire we can become that same teacher that helped us become successful in the beginning. This is the best recycle of life that we can have, and I will always believe what The 7 Practices of Exceptional Student Athletes stands for. Great book on REAL LIFE issues, and I look forward to sharing these with all those I come across in my journey to help others.”
