Mission Statement:

Our mission is to help the young generation of today develop an attitude of determination. It is through this attitude of determination that we help empower youth to rise to the occasion and overcome circumstances that may otherwise cause them to become discouraged.

Our Vision:
It is our deepest desire to create an atmosphere whereby young people understand and demonstrate acts of perseverance and tenacity. Raven strongly believes that in this lifetime, youth are faced with trials that may seem overwhelming. However, she believes that we must allow life's trials to teach us but not defeat us. Promoting growth, which is achieved through the bumps and bruises we overcome, is our focus. Dedication blended with determination is the true recipe that disciplines us with the fortitude necessary to realize our dreams and goals.
